Nandail Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

• Client Support: Provide on-site assistance to clients with plumbing issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Site Work: Perform plumbing tasks at client sites, often in challenging environments such as heights or cramped conditions.
• Estimating and Planning: Prepare cost estimates and plan maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve maintenance problems, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• System Testing: Test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance activities to guarantee optimal functionality and performance of equipment.
• Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• System Design: Design water and heating systems, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials used and activities performed.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency call-outs, such as floods or boiler breakdowns, to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

• Valid Plumbing License: Possess a valid plumbing license and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to client sites.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Blueprint Reading and Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Critical Thinking and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills and patience.
