Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at MSCCN. As a key member of our property control team, you will be responsible for assisting in warehouse operations, including ordering and receiving supplies, tools, and replacement items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with warehousing operations, including ordering and receiving supplies, tools, and replacement items.
• Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintenance of inventory.
• Maintain the daily workflow to ensure prompt service to center operating organizations.
• Responsible for the appearance and every day housekeeping of the warehouse and other property storage areas, ensuring a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Ensure the warehouse is open in accordance with hours posted.
• Input data for receipt and issue records to finance, report monthly inventory usage to supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of warehouse or property experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
