Job Summary

PET VET LLC is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.

We are a well-established, privately owned small animal practice located in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Our team is dedicated to providing a positive and fun culture, with a focus on teamwork, customer service, and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Answering multiple phone lines and responding to client inquiries
  • Checking clients in and out, managing appointment schedules, and balancing the cash drawer
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client concerns, and promoting a positive patient experience
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including filing and charting
