We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Centerline Logistics Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our HSE programs and providing support to our marine operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with HSE programs and regulations
- Monitor marine activities and operations for HSE risks
- Conduct safety inspections and visits aboard vessels and facilities
- Assist in conducting ISM audits and incident investigations
- Develop and implement HSE training programs
- Collaborate with regional operations to ensure HSE compliance
- Support the development of new projects and initiatives
- Experience in the maritime industry
- Familiarity with tug and barge/oil transportation industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to obtain TWIC and pass pre-employment physical
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also be required to board vessels and facilities in all weather conditions.
