- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior leadership on risk mitigation and management.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure all risk-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management best practices.
- 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Program Management.
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and processes, and program management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions for risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and control.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Risk Management Professional or DAWIA certification.
- Experience with risk management supporting the Department of Defense or a federal agency.
- Knowledge of risk management tools and processes.
- Ability to collaborate with program teams to integrate risk management into all aspects of program planning and execution.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. CompensationSalary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
