About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our storage areas, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and keeping our walk-in, reach-ins, and bar areas spotless. You'll also be working closely with our food production staff to ensure that all equipment is secure and sanitized.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize storage areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent waste
  • Keep walk-in, reach-ins, and bar areas clean and organized
  • Sanitize all equipment for re-supply to kitchen, dining room, and bar areas
  • Polish and sanitize all kitchen, bar, and storage areas and equipment
  • Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and report any potential safety hazards to management staff
  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided
  • Food service experience is desirable
  • Ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
