Job Overview

The Global Company is seeking a seasoned Reliability Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the maintenance and production department, you will be responsible for analyzing production disturbances, troubleshooting unscheduled maintenance issues, and leading lean manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting Vibration Data: You will collect route-based vibration data in the field using advanced equipment.
  • Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze the collected data to identify sources of concern and produce detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintenance and Support: You will maintain remote and continuous vibration hardware, including permanently mounted accelerometers, cable and junction boxes, and enter notifications for corrective actions in SAP.
  • Scheduling and Planning: You will support scheduling, planning, and lead the execution of short- and long-term PDM activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or a combination of post-secondary education and experience in heavy industrial environments.
  • Vibration Analyst Certification: An ISO Category 2 Vibration Analyst certification with a minimum of three years' practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting machinery vibration data.
  • Technical Skills: The ability to produce technical reports with recommendations for corrective actions and repairs based on vibration analysis, as well as providing technical guidance and support to the asset team.
What We Offer

The Global Company offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.
