We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA A Step At A Time Care. The ideal candidate will oversee tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, guide behavior technicians, and empower families through coaching and support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of learners and design individualized intervention plans.
  • Conduct skill-based and functional behavior assessments.
  • Provide direct treatment and supervise behavior technicians delivering interventions in-home or in-school.
  • Offer parent coaching to enhance family involvement in achieving outcomes.
  • Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to meet client goals.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all billable activities.
Key Accountabilities
  • Drive evidence-based, quality outcomes efficiently in line with individualized medical necessity.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians.
  • Facilitate parent workshops or group meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on staff evaluations and training development.
  • Ensure regular communication with clients and their families about progress and goals.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification and a CT LBA certification, has experience in early learning curriculums and functional behavior assessments, and demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively to solve challenges. We offer a competitive salary range of $80-$130/hour + benefits based on experience, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional.
