Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in East Hartford, North Learning Center (Hartland). The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients
- Develop and implement child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA principles
- Train staff members on client-specific treatment plans
- Conduct regular data reviews to ensure effective treatment and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO) to discuss client progress or concerns
- Participate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings to share best practices and address challenges
- Provide regular training and support to parents/caretakers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through CEU events

Requirements
- BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
- Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred
