Collaborating closely with corporate development leadership, the coordinator evaluates and integrates acquired entities into the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, value creation, and synergy realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and integration processes of M&A transactions, including the establishment and management of Microsoft Project Teams sites.
  • Onboard deal team members, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities, and maintain a comprehensive master schedule to keep the project organized.
  • Provide consulting and program management support, fostering cross-functional collaboration, developing and managing schedules, and overseeing risk management and status reporting for each integration effort.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of corporate knowledge by developing diligence templates, integration playbooks, and related documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, consulting, or project management.
  • Proficient in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint administration.
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing extensive information, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors.
  • Familiarity with MS Project or Smartsheet for project management.
  • Knowledge of M&A budgeting processes.
  • Understanding of the M&A life cycle.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
