As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Cherry Way Dental, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients from the start of their dental journey.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of patient health history.
  • Taking and processing x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
  • Providing chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures.
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.

Compensation

  • Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $70,000.
