Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective and timely security operations.
- Stay updated on security technologies and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement safety initiatives in alignment with best practices for security management.
- Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Collaborate with building management to ensure the functionality of security systems.
- Conduct thorough security assessments and generate reports on findings.
- Manage internal investigations related to security breaches and other incidents.
- Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans.
- Provide training programs on safety and security for personnel.
- Monitor current events that may impact security operations and communicate relevant updates.
- Oversee departmental projects and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience and Education
