Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Operations Coordinator to join our team in College Park, Georgia, United States.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming mail and organize it into designated areas
  • Prepare checks and invoices for distribution
  • Research and resolve suspense items on various systems
  • Perform routine accounting entries and calculations
  • Sort, match, and reconcile items using manual and automated processes
  • Identify PO boxes and sort mail accordingly
  • Data entry of checks and invoices into our system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer software
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
