About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Seward Medical Center. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to a specific group of residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, including referrals to other clinical support team members and families.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and licensed nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact for elder information and provide support to families and physicians.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
  • Supervision/leadership experience.
