**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is $49,000 - $51,500, with an hourly rate of $17.50 - $18.00.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members;
  • Maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality;
  • Overseeing the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales;
  • Actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed;
  • Sharing responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D.;
  • Retail management experience;
  • Must be at least 21 years old;
  • Valid driver's license.
