Our office presents an exciting opportunity for a Financial Advisor. In this role, you will collaborate with an advisory team to assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations while delivering exceptional client service. Team members work collectively to achieve organizational goals related to customer service quality, client retention, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and support senior advisors in handling complex client accounts according to WEG's planning-based standards.
  • Facilitate the financial planning process by identifying a prospect or client's values, goals, and objectives.
  • Assess their current financial circumstances.
  • Engage clients in the financial planning journey.
  • Conduct annual reviews covering both planning and investment topics.

  • Source and secure new clients by proactively following up with those who have not yet implemented their financial plans.
  • Convert leads generated through various WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.).
  • Develop opportunities within your personal network.
  • Encourage referrals from existing clients.

  • Manage client relationships and provide necessary client service support.
  • Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-up actions.
  • Document meeting notes and promptly enter them into the CRM system.
  • Present financial strategies or plans to clients alongside the Financial Advisor.
  • Meet with clients to gather additional planning information or clarify existing details.
  • Analyze clients' current investment portfolios and insurance policies.
  • Handle trades and manage accounts as required.

Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group training sessions, educational events, and coaching programs, while becoming proficient in advisor/client-facing technologies.

Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • A four-year degree is required; degrees in business, finance, or economics are preferred.
  • Advanced designations such as CFP, CPA, or MBA are required.
  • Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses (BD/RIA) or Series 65 (RIA Only).
  • Insurance licenses are necessary.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in the wealth management sector.
  • Proven ability to source and convert prospects into clients while delivering high-level planning-oriented service.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Active engagement in WEG, the broader community, and participation in the financial planning profession.
