Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lifeguard to fill the role of Head Lifeguard. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Supervise and train lifeguards to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
  • Assist with pool operations, including setup and teardown of facilities for special events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of lifeguard experience preferred.
  • American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
