Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Lifeguard to join our team at the City of Grand Prairie, TX. As a key member of our aquatic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  • Monitor water conditions and provide first aid as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of facilities for special events and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Oversee operations in the absence of a Pool Manager and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Two years of lifeguard experience preferred.
  • American Red Cross - Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required.
