Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that our products and processes meet the required standards.
  • Identify and Address Quality Issues: Identify and address any quality issues that arise during the production process.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Procedures: Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure that our products meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Monitor and Analyze Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Corrective Actions: Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues that arise.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Standards: Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to ensure that our products meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Certifications: Certified in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing and Walking: Requires long periods of standing and walking (8 hours or more) throughout the work day.
  • Working Environment: Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
