Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist customers in identifying necessary parts while recommending complementary items and current promotions.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, providing accurate price estimates and processing orders for timely shipment or in-store pickup.
  • Utilize our inventory management system to check parts availability, arrange transfers from other locations, or source from external vendors.
  • Maintain precise records of special orders and outstanding tickets.
  • Proactively update customers on the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and communication.
  • Support outside sales representatives with their orders and requests.
  • Make inventory and pricing recommendations to minimize potential sales losses.
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position.
