Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a variety of HR functions related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee separations in line with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive information to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and enrollment processes.
  • Utilize HR management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Create and organize new hire documentation, orientation materials, and job fair resources.
  • Maintain personnel files and conduct exit interviews, processing necessary termination paperwork.
  • Communicate HR policies, standards, and procedures to ensure employee compliance.
  • Keep HR documents updated, including organizational charts and performance evaluation forms.
  • Assist with weekly new hire orientation sessions.
  • Review and process timecards and incentive programs on a weekly basis.
  • Address HR-related inquiries from team members and supervisors, providing clarity on company policies and procedures.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant work experience in HR or a higher education degree with at least one year of related experience.

  • Solid understanding of HR concepts, practices, and basic employment laws.
  • Exhibit professionalism to earn the respect of all employees.
  • Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proven capability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
