Qualificações:
  • Graduação em ciência da computação ou área relacionada.
  • Forte formação técnica com competência em desenvolvimento e arquitetura de software.
  • Mais de 10 anos de experiência em entrega de TI ou desenvolvimento de software.
  • 5 anos de experiência em arquitetura técnica/solução de TI.
  • Certificação em Arquitetura de Soluções em Nuvem é preferencial.
  • Conhecimento amplo das tendências tecnológicas atuais e padrões de design.
  • Experiência comprovada em construir parcerias sólidas com partes interessadas, incluindo executivos de alto nível.
  • Experiência em definir roteiros estratégicos e estabelecer prioridades.
  • Capacidade de influenciar líderes e promover mudanças dentro da organização.
  • Conhecimento sólido de metodologias ágeis e frameworks como Scrum e Kanban.
  • Experiência prática com técnicas ágeis e desenvolvimento de software.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e presença executiva.
  • Compreensão conceitual sólida dos componentes tecnológicos e práticas de DevOps.
