Job Summary:The Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise in critical care will be essential in providing exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Current State License.
- Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required.
- Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required.
- CCRN preferred.
- Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred.
- Associate's Degree or BSN required.
At least 2 years of experience in Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse.
