About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at ABA Centers of Georgia. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and analyze results to inform program development
  • Supervise and train RBTs and caregivers to ensure effective program implementation
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement behavior reduction plans
  • Provide ongoing support and training to staff and caregivers
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
