Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

View Point Health is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the Autism Crisis Stabilization Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide a range of social services to patients and their families, conducting intakes, participating in treatment planning, and performing crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format, accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
  • Maintain precise client progress records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information.
  • Collaborate with professionals on the client's treatment team regarding updates, progress, and behavioral concerns.
  • Implement ABA intervention in line with BACB ethical guidelines and participate in initial and ongoing staff trainings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Social Services related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and pass physical requirements of MANDT training.
