Position Overview

Summary

Meridian Behavioral Health is in search of a committed and skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead the management of our treatment facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and professional atmosphere for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute yearly goals for the treatment center.
  • Oversee and regulate the financial plan to ensure economic viability.
  • Guarantee adherence to local, national, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide guidance and foster professional growth among staff.
  • Analyze financial reports and summaries on a monthly basis.
  • Supervise the auditing procedures to confirm compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate client referrals and support the admissions workflow.
  • Process weekly payroll entries and authorizations.
  • Manage critical incident evaluations and crisis management.
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the admission, transfer, or discharge of clients as required.
  • Engage in ongoing training regarding cultural competence and sensitivity.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of pertinent professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services.
  • Familiarity with program policies and regulations.
  • Two years of demonstrated freedom from substance misuse.
  • Completion of training in concurrent mental health and substance use disorders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Understanding of essential functions within the field.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in computer applications for communication and reporting purposes.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to hear and see for effective communication and documentation.
  • Clear verbal communication with team members and external contacts.
  • Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods as necessary.
