Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Lead to join our team at Partnership HealthPlan of California. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member and provider calls regarding Plan policies, procedures, membership, eligibility, benefits, and claims.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
