About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison to join our team at HealthFlex. As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between community partners, including hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. Your primary objective will be to promote HealthFlex's services and expand our client base by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and referral sources, ranging from healthcare providers to various healthcare facilities.
  • Establish and foster meaningful business relationships to secure referrals and partnerships.
  • Utilize a range of sales techniques, from cold-calling to in-service presentations and traditional marketing methods.
  • Partner with and maintain ongoing and timely communication with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth transitions into services and ongoing quality of care.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Consistent track record of successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets.
