Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Kellanova. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training programs
- Collaborate with research and development teams to implement new technologies and processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
