We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from residents.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid NY State LPN license.
  • Be in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base rate of $31.14 per hour and a 10% differential for shifts between 3-11 pm and 11 pm-7 am. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is also available.
