Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team in an adaptive technology group home setting. As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients by providing exceptional medical support, administering medication, and offering supportive care in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality medical support in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medication and assist with medical procedures as required
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Document and maintain accurate records of medical interventions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements
