About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Representative to join our team at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and greet all clients and their pets in a professional manner.
  • Register and check-in new and returning clients and patients efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and required forms for intake and checkout.
  • Schedule rechecks appointments using Cornerstone.
  • Handle financial transactions and reconcile client files daily.
  • Assist with medication dispensing and refilling.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of veterinary office procedures and equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and financial transaction management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
