Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Behavioral Consultant at Clarvida - Pennsylvania, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct client assessments, observe behavior, and identify target areas for improvement. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
• Observe and record behavior, identifying target areas for improvement
• Develop and implement behavioral interventions to promote positive behavior change
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or a related field
• A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
