About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Blossom ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
  • Review data and communicate with team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
