KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert guidance to customers regarding our product offerings
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
  • Assist customers throughout the fitting process with professionalism
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Conduct follow-ups on all sales transactions
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Facilitate sales and schedule appointments via phone
  • Meet and exceed company sales performance metrics
  • Promote new initiatives and offerings from the company
  • Restock and organize merchandise as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commission-based sales or retail
  • Proven experience in conducting one-on-one sales presentations
  • Availability to work on weekends may be necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and climbing
