  • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Manage bar inventory and submit purchase requests as needed.
  • Serve food items in the lounge area when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped bar area.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology.
  • OLCC license and food handler's card.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability to work any day and hour.
  • Physical ability to carry trays and balance plates.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Skill in working under pressure and multitasking.

Physical Requirements:

6-8 hours: Standing/Walking

3-6 hours: Lifting/Carrying (up to 50 lbs.), Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Reaching, & Grasping

1-3 hours: Pushing/Pulling

Up to 1 hour: Sitting & Climbing Stairs
