Key Responsibilities:
 Process Accounts Payable invoices ensuring accurate coding and appropriate authorization.
 Verify all accounts payable invoice batches for correctness.
 Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Clerk to guarantee prompt invoice payments.
 Compile and assess monthly Bank Draw with the Senior Project Accountant to align with Title Draw.
 Review SharePoint to confirm all draw documents are uploaded.
 Collect all contractor and sub-tier lien releases once payment is prepared.
 Maintain the Notice to Owner Log.
 Perform additional duties as assigned. This job description does not limit the employee to these responsibilities; other job-related tasks may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:
 At least 3 years of experience in Construction Project Accounting
 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
 Proficiency in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Timberline) is essential.
