RN - Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence in our ICU.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's physiological responses to treatment, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
