Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Associates.
  • Execute essential warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and assembly.
  • Oversee the ordering process, ensuring timely placement and receipt of purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as a resource for other SSC associates, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with a Certified Forklift Operator certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations. Prior supervisory or lead experience is highly preferred.
