At Abbotts Creek Center in Lexington, NC, we are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality nursing care. As a key member of our team, you will lead and guide clinical operations on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing the care delivery model and processes, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff, and participating in staff recruitment and development. • Lead and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures and practice standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and implement strategies to limit overtime and agency personnel use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and mentorship programs to support the growth and development of nursing staff.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
• BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
