About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated computational scientist with expertise in bioinformatics, molecular biology, and genetics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze large-scale biomarker data generated from human subjects in clinical trials and observational cohorts. Your analyses will identify biomarkers predictive of patient outcomes and response to therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze -omic-scale biomarker data to validate pharmacodynamics effects, confirm the mechanism of action, and enable patient enrichment strategies.
  • Conduct independent analysis to integrate and mine large-scale external datasets to further our understanding of diseases in Immunology and Neurology.
  • Collaborate with our Early Clinical, Development, and Translational teams to extract insights, generate hypotheses, and guide drug development decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in bioinformatics, molecular biology, genetics, engineering, statistics, or a similar discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in preclinical or clinical research, with proficiency in R and 1+ additional programming language.
  • Strong experience in statistical modeling and/or machine learning approaches to represent biological concepts.
Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $119,000-$149,000 per year, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities based on eligibility. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
