Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project management and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Track client obligations and manage customer interfaces to maintain strong relationships.
  • Handle non-conformances and contract modifications in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and communications documents.
  • Proactively assist with schedule development and milestone tracking.
  • Support the procurement manager with vendor commitments and relationships.
  • Effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication flow for contract submittals, project reporting, invoicing, vendor submittals, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Experience with scheduling in MS Project (P6 is an asset).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.
  • Valid Driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Some travel to project sites may be required.
