Nesco Resource is currently in search of Manufacturing Associates to support a leading automotive supplier.

Shift: 3rd - 10pm - 6:30am (hours may vary based on production requirements, including potential overtime on weekdays and weekends)

Compensation: $17.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery in accordance with production standards while following all safety and quality protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace utilizing 5S principles.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Document and uphold quality records.
  • Ensure all products meet quality criteria and are accurately identified, tagged, logged, and stored.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while fostering an atmosphere of respect and integrity.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and high accountability.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including shifts of up to 12 hours and weekends.
  • Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
