About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction management team at FootBridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing all aspects of contractual requirements for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide on-site leadership and assume responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring optimal field operations and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate construction management activities, including administrative direction of on-site supervision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and A/E contracts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree in engineering or business, or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of construction management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to enhance employee performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction disciplines, union agreements, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering principles.
