Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project administration, cost control, design or engineering issue resolution, client management, and team management
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with project teams, peers, and executive leaders to ensure project success
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction project management
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of project administration, cost control, design or engineering issue resolution, client management, and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
