New Story Schools is currently looking for a qualified Special Education Teacher to guide and support our emotional support students. In this role, you will be essential to the success of our students while managing the classroom team and the overall dynamics of all personnel within your classroom.

  • Oversee the individualized Education Plan (IEP) process, which encompasses IEP development, collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, and preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to design and implement suitable services.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to classroom staff.
  • Ensure student confidentiality in accordance with agency policies, including FERPA/HIPAA privacy regulations and student/counselor confidentiality.
