Special Education Teacher

New Story LLC is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in the success of our students, overseeing the classroom team and dynamics, and ensuring the well-being of all staff within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized Education plans (IEPs), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and preparing required paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with team members to design and implement appropriate services for students.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to staff within the classroom.
- Maintain student confidentiality, adhering to agency policies, FERPA/HIPAA regulations, and student/counselor confidentiality.
