About the Role

The Maintenance Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of materials management to guarantee that equipment and spare parts meet regulatory standards and fulfill maintenance requirements. The Specialist will utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as SAP or IPES, and may also oversee contract administration processes post-award. The position is based in Midland, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational reliability while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, proactively preventing safety, health, and environmental incidents.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
  • Follow relevant company OIMS/CIMS systems and procedures, contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, proficient in data entry and extraction to support site maintenance needs.
  • Ensure that maintenance plans within the CMMS align with approved equipment strategies.
  • Verify that local staff profiles in the CMMS are aligned with business process requirements.
  • Provide accurate KPI data to local leadership from the FSM.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Maximo).
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
