This role requires a high degree of independence, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to all service calls and client requests within 24 hours
  • Supporting documentation following all service calls and site visits
  • Submitting daily reporting on assets and asset performance
  • Monitoring equipment health using Fleet Complete
  • Training customers on equipment use and maintenance
  • Participating in special projects as required

You will be expected to have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and ability to meet drug and alcohol testing requirements are also essential.

As part of your on-going training, you may be required to assist with servicing equipment at the shop to increase your knowledge of our equipment.
