As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Cleantek Industries Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for client sites, responsible for servicing and maintaining all equipment.
This role requires a high degree of independence, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to all service calls and client requests within 24 hours
- Supporting documentation following all service calls and site visits
- Submitting daily reporting on assets and asset performance
- Monitoring equipment health using Fleet Complete
- Training customers on equipment use and maintenance
- Participating in special projects as required
You will be expected to have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and ability to meet drug and alcohol testing requirements are also essential.
As part of your on-going training, you may be required to assist with servicing equipment at the shop to increase your knowledge of our equipment.
