The Automotive Service Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service within the automotive sector.

This individual is tasked with ensuring a superior customer experience by accurately documenting vehicle issues, efficiently sourcing required parts, scheduling necessary repairs, and processing payments.

Additionally, the Service Consultant should possess strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers throughout the repair journey.
